This Shipping Policy explains how Henry Firearms Store handles firearm and accessory shipping, delivery timelines, FFL processing, and order requirements.
1. Firearm Shipping Requirements
Firearms cannot be shipped directly to your home. All firearms purchased through Henry Firearms Store must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of your choice. You must complete all required background checks before the firearm is released to you.
If you do not pass the background check, the item will be returned to us, and refund rules from our Refund Policy will apply.
2. Shipping for Accessories & Non-Firearm Items
Accessories, optics, magazines, and non-regulated items may be shipped directly to your home address. Some items may have age or jurisdiction restrictions based on state laws.
3. Shipping Times
Our standard processing and shipping times are:
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery to FFL: 3–7 business days
- Accessories: 3–5 business days
Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, weekends, holidays, inventory availability, and FFL processing schedules.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
Carrier selection is based on your location, item category, and FFL requirements.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking details will be provided by email or WhatsApp/Telegram if requested. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing accurate:
- Shipping address
- FFL dealer information
- Contact information
Incorrect details may delay shipping or result in returned packages. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an item is handed to the shipping carrier, delays or lost items fall under the carrier’s responsibility. We will assist in filing claims but cannot guarantee carrier compensation.
Firearms are always shipped insured and require authorized FFL receipt signatures.
8. FFL Dealer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for contacting their selected FFL dealer to:
- Confirm they accept transfers
- Verify any FFL transfer fees
- Arrange pickup dates
- Complete all required paperwork
FFL transfer fees are NOT included in your order total.
9. International Shipping
Henry Firearms Store does not ship firearms internationally. Accessories may be shipped internationally depending on local import laws.
