Our Refund & Return Policy

At Henry Firearms Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions and procedures for returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations.

1. Firearm Sales Are Final

Due to federal firearm regulations and safety standards, all firearm sales are considered final once the order is processed. We cannot accept returns on firearms unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only under the following conditions:

The wrong item was shipped.
The firearm or accessory arrived damaged.
The product has a verified manufacturer defect.
The firearm has not been transferred to you by the FFL dealer.

Once a firearm is transferred into your possession by an FFL dealer, it cannot be returned.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once a firearm or accessory has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Cancellation before shipment: 100% refundable
Cancellation after shipment: Not eligible

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your firearm or accessory arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number
Photos or video of the issue
Description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Transferred firearms (after FFL pickup)
Ammunition (due to regulations)
Custom orders or special requests
Used, fired, or modified items
Items without original packaging
